ABC Type Fire Extinguishers

The ABC Dry Powder (or Dry Chemical) charged fire extinguisher is a multi-purpose fire extinguisher and can be used on class A (combustible materials), class B (flammable or combustible liquids) and/or class C (electrical) fires.

DCP Type Fire Extinguishers

Stored pressure dry chemical powder extinguishers are suitable for class A (combustible materials), class B (flammable or combustible liquids) and/or class C (electrical) fires or a combination of ABC class fires.

Co2 Type Fire Extinguishers

Carbon dioxide extinguishers (CO2) CO2 extinguishers are ideal for places with a lot of electrical equipment such as offices or server rooms because they are safe to use on fires involving electrical apparatus. They can also be used on Class B fires, those involving flammable liquids such paraffin or petrol.

Mechanical Form Type Fire Extinguishers

These are designed to extinguish A & B class of fire involving wood, paper, cloth, textile, stationery. These provide a very special blanket effect on flammable & volatile liquids like oil, petrol, kerosene etc but should not be used on electrical or short circuit fires.

Water Co2 Type Fire Extinguishers

These extinguishers are BIS approved and use Co2 and water stored with pressure released on the surface and is most effective in guarding electrical fire and provide safety against "A" class of the fire which involves material like wood, paper, cloth, plastics & fiber, rubber etc.

K type Fire Extinguishers

Class K Fires are fires that involve cooking oils, grease or animal fat and can be extinguished using Wet chemical. Simple operation and maintenance with wide angle and soft discharge spray pattern. Easily rechargeable which is suitable for kitchen Fire

AFFF Foam Fire Extinguishers

AFFF Foam Fire Extinguishers provide a fast, powerful means of tackling flammable liquids. The foam forms a seal over the surface to prevent re-ignition. Ideal for multi-risk usage. Foam (AFFF – Aqueous Film Forming Foam) Fire Extinguishers are suitable for use on Class A (wood, paper, material & cloth) Fires & Class B (Flammable liquids: spirits, diesel, petrol etc.) Fires. This Dual Class A & B rating makes Foam (AFFF) Fire extinguishers ideal for any office environment. When released, the foam forms a seal over the fire which prevents re-ignition. This seal reduces the supply of oxygen so the fire cannot continue to burn, and this seal also prevents harmful gases being released from the fire which can cause damage to the surrounding areas.
